How do I view rentals in person?

Our inventory is available to view by appointment only. Please note that as much as we love small children, our warehouse is full of shiny, breakable items so we recommend that they not accompany you on your visit. Please have a general list of items prepared for your visit. Book an appointment here!

How do I reserve an order?

A 50% deposit is required to reserve services for your event date. This deposit is nonrefundable. The remainder of your payment will be processed two weeks before your event. Small items can be available by will call, but most furniture items are available by delivery only to ensure they remain clean and handled safely. 

What are your order minimums?

November through April, a minimum rental of $300 is required for will call orders, and a minimum of $500 in rentals is required for delivery.

During our peak rental season of May through October, a minimum of $500 is required for will call orders, and $1250 for delivery orders. This does not include delivery or other service fees.

Do you have additional fees?

Delivery fees vary depending on the size of the order and location. Due to rising fuel costs, deliveries are also subject to a fuel surcharge. Labor fees for set up and strike are also subject to the time and labor involved. A cleaning and breakage fee is applied to every order preemptively.

How do I book linens?

We source linens from several different linen companies. We have a limited amount of swatches in house, but can direct you based on your needs. We require that linen orders be confirmed no less than two weeks prior to your event. As with all of the event industry, linen companies book up quickly for peak months.

***To assist with linen orders, our in house rental minimums must be met.
